No it’s not – unfortunately. I believe the picture is of Christ Church College.
I’m afraid not. That’s All Souls in the foreground, with the Radcliffe Camera in the middle (the round building), and University Church of St Mary the Virgin in the background. It is looking in the direction of Christ Church, but you can’t really see any of it.
